Our Story
A Passion for storage
Family-run drive-up storage on West Pafford, just off the Southside and minutes from TCU. Eight unit sizes from a 5x10 closet to a 10x30 garage that fits a three-bedroom move. Drive up, unlock, drop off. The gate is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, and there is a real person in the office six days a week. Pay at either location, by phone, or by autopay through CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major card. Locally owned for two locations — no franchise, no fine-print insurance upcharge, no automated phone tree.

Common Questions
What are your gate hours?
The automatic gate is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays — 365 days a year.
When is the office open?
Tuesday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Wednesday through Friday 2–6 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday. Gate access is unaffected.
How big are the units?
Eight sizes from 50 to 300 square feet. The smallest is a 5x10 closet at $65/month; the largest is a 10x30 garage that holds a three-bedroom move, at $240/month. Mid-range sizes (7x15, 10x15) run $110–$135.
Can a moving truck pull straight up to the unit?
Yes. Every unit is drive-up. If you are bringing a large van or truck and want straight-in access, mention it when you call and we will line up a unit on the right aisle.
How do I pay rent?
Pay at either our Pafford Street or 8th Avenue (A-Thrifti) location, over the phone, or set up autopay through Square. We take CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and every major card.
Is the lot secure?
Automatic gate with personal access code, live security cameras, and an onsite manager six days a week. The lot is on a quiet residential block, not a high-traffic corridor.
